1. General Information

LexAtelier.com is owned and operated by LexAtelier. The term “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to LexAtelier. The term “you” refers to any visitor, customer, or user of the website.

2. Digital Products & Services

  • All of our prebuilt websites are digital products delivered electronically.

  • Purchase includes:

    • WordPress installation on your hosting account.

    • Setup of the prebuilt website as shown in the demo.

    • A step-by-step video course showing you how to update and maintain your website.

    • 6 months of direct personal email support related to your prebuilt website.

3. Customization Services

In addition to prebuilt websites, we also offer Customization Services, which may include:

  • Adjusting layouts, colors, fonts, and branding to suit your business.

  • Adding or removing specific pages or sections.

  • Content placement (using copy, text, and images provided by you).

  • Limited technical adjustments depending on your needs.

What’s not included unless separately agreed:

  • Ongoing management and maintenance.

  • Copywriting, branding, logo design, or photography.

  • Complex functionality beyond the scope of the prebuilt website design.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide all required content (text, logos, photos, brand assets) in a timely manner.

  • Communicate clearly about requested changes.

  • Review and approve work within the agreed timeline.

Payments & Refunds for Customization Services:

  • Payment is required in full (or as otherwise agreed) before work begins.

  • All customization services are non-refundable due to the time investment involved.

  • Failure to provide required content may delay the project but does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase (prebuilt websites) or as agreed (customization services).

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Prebuilt websites: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Customization services: Non-refundable once work begins.

6. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a prebuilt website, you are granted a single-use license:

  • You may use the prebuilt website for one website (your own or a client’s).
  • You may customize the design and content for your business.
  • You may not resell, share, duplicate, or redistribute the files.
  • You may not claim the design or code as your own original work.

For multiple websites or clients, you must purchase an additional license for each use.

7. Elementor & Compatibility

  • Some prebuilt websites use free Elementor, while others require Elementor Pro (sold separately).

  • It is your responsibility to check requirements before purchasing.

  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from outdated software, unsupported plugins, or insufficient hosting.

8. Support & Communication

  • Each prebuilt website purchase includes 12 months of direct personal email support.

  • Support covers installation and issues related directly to your prebuilt website.

  • Customization services include support for the work delivered.

  • General WordPress/hosting issues or advanced development requests are outside the scope of included support.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and materials on LexAtelier.com are the intellectual property of LexAtelier.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our website or products without written consent.

10. Email Marketing & Outreach

  • By purchasing or opting into our resources, you consent to receive marketing emails from us.

  • We may also use cold email outreach to connect with businesses we believe may benefit from our services.

  • Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • Our prebuilt websites and customization services are built using industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific results such as increased clients, higher search rankings, or revenue growth.

  • Your success depends on your own strategy, content, and marketing.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexAtelier shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our website, prebuilt websites, or services.

  • Use of our products is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law
