McMoran, O’Connor, Bramley & Burns, P.C.

A refined redesign concept of McMoran, O’Connor, Bramley & Burns, P.C.'s website using our Lexington System.

We reviewed McMoran, O’Connor, Bramley & Burns’ website and redesigned the homepage to better reflect the firm’s authority, credibility, and results in employment law.

The goal was to reposition the firm from:

a traditional employment law practice

to:

one of New Jersey’s leading employment law firms for high-stakes workplace disputes.

The redesign focused on improving authority, readability, trust, and consultation-focused user flow.

What We Observed...

Wasn't working

The original homepage had a solid foundation with strong legal credibility, impressive results, and respected awards.

However, the visual presentation did not fully communicate the authority and trust the firm had earned.

Several important strengths—especially their results and reputation—were being underutilized.

Key Issues

  • The homepage lacked a strong premium feel
  • Results were not visually emphasized enough
  • User flow felt informational rather than persuasive
  • Messaging lacked emotional clarity for potential clients
  • The design felt more like a traditional brochure than a high-converting law firm website
